Test Time: The analysis duration is about 60 seconds (some sources also mention up to 90 seconds) per sample, and no operator presence is needed during the test.
Sample Preparation: The Astori Tecnica Speedy Lab analyzer uses an ultrasonic application and does not require sample preparation, such as homogenization or heating, which saves significant time.
Parameters Measured: In this short time, the instrument determines various parameters, including fat, proteins, lactose, density, and dry matter (SNF) in milk, cream, and whey samples.
